Food Vendor Registration

Food Vendors need to complete the following registration form. Space is limited so confirmation of your intent is needed as soon as possible. Booking is completed on a first come first serve basis.

When: Thursday to Saturday

Cost

The total cost for a Food Vendor’s space is $200.

Payment can be made by cheques made out to the “Wainfleet Agricultural Society”. Please also provide evidence of your insurance coverage for the event.

All vendors must pay their fees no later than 5:00 p.m. on Thursday September 19, 2019.

 

Set-Up and Clean-Up

Vendors are able to set up on Thursday September 19, 2019 after 12:00 p.m. and must be completely set up by 5:00 p.m.

Vendors can take down their space on Saturday September 21, 2019 after 8:30 p.m.

All vendors are responsible to ensure their space is fully cleared of garbage and recycling before they leave.

Other Vendor Registration

Vendors other than Food Vendors need to complete the following registration form. Space is limited so confirmation of your intent is needed as soon as possible. Booking is completed on a first come first serve basis.

Vendor Space

We have three distinct space for vendors inside the arena.

 

Arena Space (10 x 10)

$100

  • for retail sales

  • to promote businesses that serve/support the community

  • non-profit groups/organizations

  • representing a political party / candidate

Moore Room

$75

  • can accommodate overflow of arena applicants  

  • Any groups/organization promoting or advocating for signatures of support for a controversial cause/protest impacting Wainfleet

Outdoor Space (10x10)

$50

  • bring your own tent with suitable tie downs

 
 

Payment and Inclusions

  1. Vendors must send in a $25 deposit by July 1, 2019 to hold a space. The remaining balance is due no later than September 1, 2019.

  2. Payment can be made by cheques made out to the “Wainfleet Agricultural Society”. Please also provide evidence of your insurance coverage for the event.

  3. Two admission passes will be provided for each space. Passes are for those who are manning the booths. The pass has no day or time information therefore it is good for the full hours of the fair operations. A limited number of additional passes are available upon request. We asked that Vendors share these passes amongst staff/volunteers whenever possible. 

  4. The vendor space will include the provision of 1 table. Additional tables are available on request for $10 each. These must be requested in advance of setup.
