When: All exhibit entries must be brought to the Arena on Wednesday between 2 p.m. and 9 p.m. Entries will not be accepted after this time.

  1. The general Rules and Regulations apply to this class. 

  2. All hobbies and crafts must be the recent, unsoiled and the work of the exhibitor.

  3. Please supply means of attaching tag to article (pin, string, tape, etc.)

  4. Articles must be left on exhibit until 8:30 p.m. on Saturday night. They cannot be picked up early.

  5. An original painting or sketch means starting with a blank canvas using any re-source. No paint by number kits.

  6. All paintings, sketches, needlework, wreaths, swags and wall hangings must be mounted and ready to hang or they will be refused.

  7. Exhibitors are asked to wait until a committee member or authorized person is available to check items out.

  8. Please have white exhibitor tags filled out before dropping off entries.

  9. Only articles never entered in previous years please. 

Judging Hint: Framed art, wreaths and swags must have separate hangers; hanging the item using the frame edge or wreath base is not sufficient and will not receive a prize.
